Biography: Patricio earned his law degree at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He holds an LL.M. in Legal Theory from NYU, where he was a Hauser Global Scholar and a Fulbright Scholar. As an LL.M. student, he received the support of the Argentine Ministry of Education, Culture, Science, and Technology. Before joining NYU, Patricio held various teaching positions in the Universidad de Buenos Aires and the Universidad de San Andrés, where he taught courses on legal theory and human rights. He has experience working in the judiciary, the public administration, and the civil society.
Research: Patricio’s research focuses on property theory, land regularization in Latin America, human rights, and philosophy of law. His current research is on the moral grounds of adverse possession.
