Biography: Lyndon is a JSD student from Canada. He holds an LLM in Legal Theory from NYU, where he studied as a Dean’s Graduate Scholar and a Thomas Shearer Stewart Travelling Fellow. He also holds a BA in Philosophy from McGill, a BPhil in Philosophy from Oxford, and a BCL/JD in Law from McGill. He is a CÉGEP professor (on leave) at Dawson College in Montreal, Quebec.
Research: Lyndon's research concerns the philosophical foundations of private law, especially tort and unjust enrichment. His work is generously supported by a SSHRC Doctoral Fellowship.
