NYU Law has two modern residence halls, all located in the heart of historic Greenwich Village.
D'Agostino Hall, located at the corner of West Third and MacDougal Streets, and Hayden Hall, located at West Third and Mercer Streets, are both high-rises and offer studios, one-bedroom apartments, and suites of two or three private bedrooms.
All of our housing is apartment or apartment-style, from studio and one-bedroom apartments to double and triple suites in which each resident has a private bedroom in a two- or three-bedroom unit, sharing the kitchen and bath with the other resident(s) of the suite. A limited number of family and partner apartments are available.
- Security: Our high-rise buildings have a doorman 24/7. The NYU Department of Campus Safety provides emergency help and information 24 hours a day.
- Amenities: All apartments are fully furnished. Utilities, cable, and WiFi are included. Laundry facilities are on-premises.
- And more amenities: Our buildings also have recreation lounges and terraces with city views. You can even arrange to use our libraries.
- State-of-the-art sports center: You'll have access to the all three NYU athletic facilities.
Each apartment comes with a full kitchen and bath as well as the following furnishings:
- Bed (Extra-long twin beds except in D’Agostino Hall L1 type apartments, which have full beds. Hayden Hall type A, D, and E apartments have queen beds.)
- Dresser or in-closet shelving
- Desk and desk chair
- Bookcase or shelving unit
- Lounge chair (only in Hayden Hall and in D’Agostino Residence Hall type L1 apartments,)
- Window blinds
- Recycling and compost bins
University furnishings may not be removed under any circumstances from the apartment. NYU cannot store unwanted university furniture due to storage limitations.
