- Each summer, our residential facilities are available to both NYU Law students and unaffiliated groups and individuals, most of whom are associates and interns with jobs in the city's legal and business communities.
- Accommodations are available for single adults and couples age 18 or over, and for families with children.
Dates:
- Our 2025 program will run for 10 weeks, from May 25 to August 2.
- Stays start on the Sunday and end on the Saturday of any week, subject to a minimum of four consecutive weeks. Priority will be given to those who apply for the maximum stay of 10 weeks. The minimum length of stay is 4 weeks. Shorter stays (4 weeks minimum) will be considered based on availability of space.
Residence Halls:
D'Agostino Hall, located at the corner of West Third and MacDougal Street and Hayden Hall, located at West Third and Mercer Streets, are both high-rises and offer studios, one-bedroom apartments, and suites of two or three private bedrooms.

- Security: Our high-rise buildings have a doorman 24/7.
- Amenities: All apartments are fully furnished. Utilities, cable, and WiFi are included. Laundry facilities are on-premises.
- And more amenities: Our buildings also have recreation lounges and terraces with city views. You can even arrange to use our libraries.
- State-of-the-art sports center: Swim in a deep water pool, take an aerobics class at the fitness center, scale a rock climbing wall, or pump iron in weight rooms at the University’s sports center.
