Lindsay Kendrick currently serves as the Dean of Students and the Assistant Dean for Diversity and Inclusion at NYU School of Law. Prior to joining NYU Law, she served as the diversity and inclusion manager at Ropes & Gray and as the East Coast diversity manager at Sidley Austin. She also practiced for five years as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell. Kendrick holds a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University; a JD from Howard University, where she served as the managing editor of the Howard Law Journal; and an MS in Organizational Change Management from the New School’s Milano School for Management and Urban Policy.

Katie currently serves as the Director of Student Affairs at NYU School of Law. In this role, she supports the Law School's 90+ student groups, oversees OSA's student-facing programming, and serves as a resources from who individual law students may seek counsel on personal and academic matters. Prior to joining NYU Law in November of 2023, she served as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator and Discrimination and Harrassment Resource Coordinator for Yale College. Katie holds a dual B.A./B.S. in Psychology and Business Administration, an M.Ed. in Student Personnel in Higher Education, and a J.D. with a certificate in Social Justice Advocacy.

Larissa McDowell serves as the Assistant to the Dean of Students for NYU School of Law. Her responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for OSA communications, processing leave of absence and other accomodation request, coordinating the Convocation awards process, and providing support for the Dean of Students. Larissa received a Bachelors of Music in Voice Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and a Masters of Music in Voice Performance, Musical Theater Concentration from NYU Steinhardt. Before joining School of Law OSA, Larissa was the Clinical Placement Assistant in the Office of Academic Clinical Affairs at the Rory Meyers College of Nursing.
