Clinic Application Timelines

March 7, 2025: Clinic Fair 3:00-5:00 PM at the Clinical Law Center, Furman Hall, 5th floor
March 10-24: Application Period. All clinics require that students submit a general application form, a resume and an unofficial transcript via the Clinic Application and Matching System (CAMS). Please consult the individual clinic descriptions for full details.
March 24: All application materials are due by 9:00 AM.
March 31 - April 11: Interviews conducted (for clinics that require them). Interviews may be conducted remotely or in person.
April 14: Preferences must be submitted on CAMS by 5:00 PM.
April 30: Students notified by e-mail whether or not they have been accepted into a clinic.
May 15: Confirmation of JD students' intent to register must be received by 5:00 PM.

May 19-29, 2025: Application Period
May 29: All application materials due in Clinic Application and Matching System (CAMS) by 5:00 PM NYC time.
May 30-June 11: Interviews conducted (for clinics that require them). Interviews may be conducted remotely or in person.
June 12: Preferences must be submitted on CAMS by 5:00 PM NYC time.
June 20: Students notified by e-mail whether or not they have been accepted into a clinic.
June 30: Confirmation of students' intent to register must be received by 5:00 PM NYC time.

July 22-28, 2025: Application Period. All application materials due in Clinic Application and Matching System (CAMS) by 11:00 AM NYC time on July 28, 2025.
July 28-Aug 1: Interviews conducted (for clinics that require them). Interviews may be conducted remotely or in person.
Aug 4: Preferences must be submitted on CAMS by 3:00 PM NYC time.
Aug 8: Students notified at 1:00 PM by e-mail whether or not they have been accepted into a clinic.
Aug 12: Confirmation of Transfer students' intent to register must be received by 5:00 PM NYC time.
