Frank Upham to receive Japan’s Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays and Neck Ribbon award

The Japanese government will award the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays and Neck Ribbon to Frank Upham, Wilf Family Professor of Property Law Emeritus and co-founder of the U.S.-Asia Law Institute.
