In TEDx talk, Theodor Meron defends international criminal justice

Theodor Meron, Charles L. Denison Professor of Law Emeritus and Judicial Fellow, gave a TEDx talk at The Hague Academy of International Law on September 9. Meron talked about his childhood during World War II, when he became a refugee from the Nazis and was eventually put in a forced labor camp, eventually losing most of his family. Those formative experiences led him to international criminal justice, whose importance he vigorously defended against critics in his speech.
