Gerald Rosenfeld, faculty co-director of the Jacobson Leadership Program in Law and Business, has been admitted as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a nonpartisan think tank that analyzes policy choices facing the U.S. and other countries. Rosenfeld, a distinguished scholar in residence and senior lecturer as well as vice chairman at Lazard, is an expert in bankruptcy and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, and professional responsibility.
Other NYU School of Law faculty members previously admitted to the Council on Foreign Relations include José Alvarez, Jerome Cohen, Norman Dorsen, Eleanor Fox '61, Ryan Goodman, Stephen Holmes, Andreas Lowenfeld, Theodor Meron, Samuel Rascoff, Richard Revesz, Cristina Rodríguez (on leave), and John Sexton.
