On March 23, Jonathan Harris ’90 was appointed deputy treasurer of Connecticut.
Harris, who had been a state senator since 2004, “will provide invaluable insight, maintain high standards of integrity, and be [a] strong driver for the cost effective conduct of our work in safeguarding and growing the state government’s financial resources and contributing to the economic vibrancy of Connecticut,” said State Treasurer Denise Nappier, who appointed him to his new role.
