Luce Professor Emeritus of Law and Political Science and Professorial Lecturer in Law, Yale Law School, will discuss her new book, Democracy and Executive Power: Policymaking Accountability in the US, the UK, Germany, and France (Yale University Press), with commentary by NYU Law professors John Ferejohn, Samuel Tilden Professor of Law and Richard L. Revesz, AnBryce Professor of Law and Dean Emeritus. Dean Trevor Morrison, Eric M. and Laurie B. Roth Professor of Law, will deliver welcome remarks.
