Undue Burdens: Reproductive Rights at the Court

On March 4, the Supreme Court will hear oral argument in June Medical Services, LLC v. Russo regarding the legality of a Louisiana law that imposes onerous restrictions on abortion providers and would force most abortion clinics in the state to close. Panelists will highlight intersectional perspectives on how abortion access affects individuals across the socio-economic and racial spectrum, as well as the implications of the Court's decision in this case for the future of legal abortion. Lunch will be served.
