We will explore SAFEs, convertible debt and preferred stock. The workshop will focus on understanding pre- and post-money valuations and how these terms are impacted by liquidation preferences, warrants, anti-dilution and related provisions. We will also discuss the importance of various provisions that impact operations and control.
