In this program, the Twitter team will take us through the deal and the issues it raised:  Marty Korman who represented Twitter; Alan Klein and Kathy Krause, who represented the Twitter Board of Directors; and Bill Savitt and Sarah Eddy, who represented Twitter in the litigation that followed.  As we work through the transaction, the moderators will also raise issues of the implications of the Twitter imbroglio for deal making more generally.
