Please join us for an expert-led discussion about tax matters surrounding gifts and bequests to museums. Sujin Kim, Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, will share the museum’s perspective and priorities. John Sare, Partner in the Tax-Exempt Organizations and Trust & Estates groups at Patterson Belknap LLP, will represent the collector’s interests and concerns in such transactions. The discussion will be moderated by Professor Jill Manny, an expert in charitable giving.
