Taming Big Tech: The Promise and Limits of Antitrust

Are you worried about the concentration of political and economic power in the hands of the Big Tech companies? Hopeful that regulators have a plan to increase fair competition in the technology sector? Interested in how antitrust laws could be leveraged on a global scale? Skeptical that antitrust is the tool for the job, but unclear about what alternatives we have?

Three distinguished antitrust experts will join us to discuss these questions and more: Professor Scott Hemphill, Antitrust Law Professor at NYU and former Chief of the Antitrust Bureau at the NY Attorney General's Office; Jon Leibowitz, former Chair of the FTC; and Professor Frédéric Yves Jenny, Global Professor of Law at NYU and Chairman of the OECD Competition Committee.
