SJA: Clerking in the South with Hon. Carlton Reeves
Carlton Wayne Reeves is a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi and chair of the United States Sentencing Commission. Reeves was also the district court judge in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. He has also outspokenly criticized the Roberts's Court on qualified immunity, racialized police brutality and lynching, and the Second Amendment.
