This workshop will discuss Justice Rosenkrantz's draft paper: Should civil law courts be bound by precedent? The Case of ArgentinaThe paper should be read in advance. Refreshments will be provided. 

Justice Carlos Rosenkrantz will be in residence at NYU Law through February 3, 2024 as a Hauser Distinguished Global Fellow
