SEALS: Climate and Development Challenges in Southeast Asia

The Southeast Asian Law Society is thrilled to announce an exciting event on Climate and Development Challenges in Southeast Asia, with former World Bank Managing Director of Development Policy and Partnerships, Mrs. Mari Elka Pangestu, on April 11th, 2024, from 12 pm to 1 pm at Furman Hall 326

Gain valuable insights from a key speaker on the impacts of climate change in Southeast Asian countries like the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. As a former Indonesian Minister of Trade, Mrs. Mari Elka Pangestu can also share her unique perspective on the public policies developing countries could implement while improving their economy.  

The event is open to everyone interested in learning about Southeast Asia and more! Light refreshments will be provided!
