Scholarship Clinic

On Monday, April 13, 2020, the Academic Careers Program will sponsor a Scholarship Clinic for graduates and affiliates of the law school who are planning on entering the law teaching market in the next few years. Scholarship Clinic is a one-day program designed to improve both scholarly writing and presentation skills.

Scholarship Clinic has two components. First, there will be a series of panels and discussions addressing scholarship development, writing, publishing, and academic careers. Second, a number NYU Law alumni and affiliates will present academic papers. The authors of the selected papers will receive substantive feedback from a law school faculty member. The experience will serve as excellent preparation for those planning to go on the law teaching market in the next few years.

Due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19, Scholarship Clinic will take place via ZOOM webinars, with links to various programs to come.
