As we gear up for the 2020 prosecutor elections throughout the country, this panel will discuss the need to challenge both the public and journalists to push prosecutor candidates to work towards ending mass incarceration and mass supervision. We will also discuss the benefits and limits of relying on prosecutors to achieve transformative reform.
