Rising Tide Information Session

This is an introductory information session for Rising Tide, a small business legal clinic run by the Social Enterprise & Startup Law group that allows students at NYU Law to work with attorneys from Lowenstein Sandler to bring high-quality pro bono legal services to local entrepreneurs. 

Rising Tide presents a rare transactional opportunity for law students interested in corporate law, emerging companies, or intellectual property to represent and advise local entrepreneurs and small business owners who are in the start up phase or contemplating expansion of their operations. No prior experience is necessary, as you will receive training and work directly with qualified attorneys.
