Please join the NYU Journal of Law & Business and the Classical Liberal Institute for our spring conference held on March 25, 2022. This panel discussion will focus on issues related to COVID-19’s impact on global supply chains, with a particular focus on how the practice of law has adapted to the new challenges arising from supply chain litigations and novel compliance requirements. As companies reconsider their supply chains to comply with new regulations and keep up with customer demand worldwide, new trends in the field of supply chain law and contract law have emerged. Panelists will discuss how commercial contracts have evolved and its implication for supply chain management, supply chain disputes and litigation risks, complex litigation in the manufacturing sector, as well as regulatory hurdles to vaccine distribution. Official programs featuring speaker biographies and Zoom information will be circulated no later than 48 hours before the event. Please register here.
