Real Estate Explained: Practitioner Perspectives on Real Estate Law

I’m thrilled to invite you to an introductory lecture on real estate transactions presented by Kramer Levin Real Estate Partners Josh Winefsky and Dan Berman.

Dan and Josh will discuss some of their past transactional work at Kramer Levin and guide attendees through different kinds of transactions like development deals, leases, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Their varied clients have included film companies, publicly-traded REITs, condominium developers and more, all of whom Dan and Josh have assisted in successfully actualizing their complex projects.

The lecture will take place on Wednesday, November 1st at 6:00 p.m. in Vanderbilt Hall 218. Dinner will be served and a short networking reception will follow in Golding Lounge.

This is a wonderful opportunity for 1Ls especially to get exposure to real estate transactions, but all classes are welcome to attend.
