While much discussion of housing litigation has centered around NYC’s historic Right To Counsel legislation, there is robust and exciting housing work happening outside the city as well. Join attorneys from Make The Road NJ for a discussion about housing litigation in NJ, their work around immigration and workers’ rights, and their unique model that focuses on building the power of immigrant and working class communities through community organizing, legal services, policy innovation and transformative education.
