Drawing on 46 years of practice and data representing hundreds of cases spread out over a decade, Engelberg Center Fellow Patricia Martone explores the current state of affairs and describes options for moving forward in her new whitepaper.

Please join the Engelberg Center, the Birnbaum Women’s Leadership Network, and ChIPs, a nonprofit professional organization with a current reach of over 4,300 global members and 20 chapters in major cities across the globe that advances and connects women in technology, law and policy, to discuss the new findings and what can be done to implement improvements in the future.
