Please join NYU FedSoc at 3:35 PM ET on Tuesday, September 24 for a conversation between Deputy Solicitor General of Ohio Mathura Sridharan and Professor Noah Rosenblum. As part of her role in the Ohio SG's office, Ms. Sridharan (NYU Law Class of '18!) directs Ohio's Tenth Amendment Center, for which she initiates and directs lawsuits challenging federal policies. She has briefed and argued numerous appeals before the Ohio Supreme Court, U.S. Supreme Court, and several Circuit Courts of Appeals. Most recently, she argued Ohio v. EPA before the Supreme Court, representing several states in a successful challenge to an EPA rule regulating interstate air pollution. Professor Rosenblum, an expert in administrative law, will join Ms. Sridharan to discuss Ohio v. EPA, broader trends in administrative law, and her experiences working in a state SG's office. Food and beverages will be provided!
