The Texas Law Society board will be holding an M&A Panel on Monday, March 22nd at 1:00 pm EST. You can access the Zoom via this link.
Our guest panelists all have over a decade of experience in practicing M&A law in Texas, and all come from firms that have historically come to OCI at NYU. We look forward to hosting Jeff Dinerstein from Morgan Lewis in Houston, Ann Marie Cowdrey from Shearman & Sterling in Dallas, and Chris Bennett from Latham & Watkins in Houston.
