This event has passed.

“Perspectives on the No AI Fraud Act” will feature a panel of experts and academics who have written about intellectual property and proposals to regulate artificial intelligence with a particular focus on the No AI Fraud Act (H.R.6943). Of particular interest will be the anti-revenge porn clauses and the history of policy concerns associated with developments in technology and its impact on marginalized communities. In contrast, the event will also explore the concerns that the No AI Fraud Act is potentially overinclusive and creates too many limits to innovation. Panelists will include Attorney Carrie Goldberg, Professor Anasse Bari (NYU), Professor Andrew Miller (Yale Law School), Professor Jeff Ward (Duke Law School), and Professor Ari Waldman (UCI Law). Dinner will be provided.
