The JD/MBA Association is partnering with SE-SL and Stern’s Entrepreneurship and Startup Association to bring you an awesome cross-school event with both law and Stern students –

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR STARTUPS!

Are you an aspiring or current founder, or future advisor, who wants to learn more about the legal considerations related to starting a business? Come hear from Law Professor Naveen Thomas, two startup attorneys, and two experienced founders on all things startups! Learn about what it takes to be a founder and/or advisor to startups and walk away with strong connections from both schools.

The event will kick off with an overview of key legal concepts for founders/startups (presented by Professor Naveen Thomas), followed by a panel discussion with startup attorneys and founders*, and will conclude with Q&A from the live audience and networking over snacks and beverages.

Immediately following – at Half Pint at 6:30pm – the JD/MBA Association will be hosting a Happy Hour for all law and Stern students to continue networking! Prior attendance to the event is not required but is highly encouraged!

We hope you'll join us - RSVP here!

*Panelist names will be released to registered attendees closer to the event.
