NYU Furman Center Fall 2022 Policy Breakfast: Measuring the Success of Housing Our Neighbors
Please join the NYU Furman Center on Monday, October 3rd for a policy breakfast.
Measuring the Success of Housing Our Neighbors
This Spring, the Adams Administration released Housing Our Neighbors, a five-pillar plan to address New York City’s affordable housing and homelessness crisis. The plan promised to “put people above paperwork and measure our success based on how quickly we can move New Yorkers into affordable housing, and not just how quickly we can close the deal.” Join us on October 3 for a Policy Breakfast focused on unpacking how the new administration plans to evaluate progress towards its goals, and what factors and data they should look to for guidance.
Date: Monday, October 3, 2022
Time: 9:30 - 11:00 AM ET
Panelists will include:
- Bernell Grier, Executive Director, IMPACCT Brooklyn
- Melanie Hartzog, President and CEO, The New York Foundling
- Jessica Katz, Chief Housing Officer, New York City
- Alexa Sewell, President and CEO, Settlement Housing Fund, Inc.
Moderated by Matthew Murphy, Executive Director, NYU Furman Center.
