Schneider, senior policy counsel for voting rights at the ACLU of Pennsylvania, via Zoom to discuss important elections in their states this year, voter engagement around these kinds of elections, and the role of these elections in a well-functioning democracy. Pennsylvania is having a state supreme court election, and the Ohio ballot will include a question about whether to amend the state constitution to establish reproductive rights.
