Join Jon Krop (Founder, Mindfulness for Lawyers) for a conversation about mindfulness and wellness in law school and the legal career.

Designed specifically for lawyers and law students, Mindfulness for Lawyers is an innovative program created to help those in the legal profession reduce stress, improve performance, and avoid burnout.  Founder Jon Krop graduated from Harvard Law School, clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and worked as a litigator at public-interest law firms in Los Angeles and New York City. He has practiced mindfulness for thirteen years and has studied with teachers of varying discipline all around the world. He designed Mindfulness for Lawyers with the specific needs of the legal profession in mind, and has taught at top law schools, law firms, and Fortune 100 companies.
