The 2022 midterms are poised to be the most consequential in decades, with issues like voting rights, women’s rights, and democracy itself at stake. Join us the day after the election as we unpack what has unfolded so far, what races and measures we may still be waiting for results on, and what’s next.

Our panelists: David Plouffe, architect of President Obama’s two presidential campaigns and senior advisor to him in the White House, and Rob Jesmer, managing partner at FP1 Strategies with years of experience working for Republican Party Committees and on Capitol Hill. Guided by moderator Sewell Chan, Editor in Chief of The Texas Tribune, our panelists will help us make sense of the results from both a national and local perspective and walk us through the wins and losses of both parties.

Join us on Wednesday, November 9, at 3 p.m. ET. for a fresh and compelling analysis of what is sure to be a consequential election.

Speakers:

  • David Plouffe, Former Senior Advisor to President Obama, New York Times best-selling author, political analyst for NBC News and host of the Campaign HQ podcast
  • Rob Jesmer, Managing Partner of FP1 Strategies
  • Moderator: Sewell Chan, Editor in Chief of The Texas Tribune
