Please join the Mental Health Law and Justice Association in raising awareness and giving back to the greater Washington Square Community! Homelessness is a visible problem in this neighborhood, and it disproportionately impacts those with mental health care needs. Between Tuesday February 18th and Friday March 23rd, we invite you to donate new travel-size toiletries. Items must be unopened and fully sealed. Look for collection bins in the lobbies of Vanderbilt and Furman Halls. MHLJA will deliver all donations to the Bowery Rescue Mission shelter, a non-profit serving the area since 1879.
