Linda Silberman Conference

This conference brings together leading scholars and practitioners to celebrate the contributions of Professor Linda Silberman across a wide range of fields including Civil Procedure, Conflict of Laws, Comparative Law, Transnational Litigation, Arbitration, and Family Law.  Professor Silberman holds a special place in the history of NYU Law as she was the first woman law professor to receive tenure at NYU.  The conference is organized by the Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration, and Commercial Law.
