Join Stephen Gillers ’68, Elihu Root Professor of Law. The Law Alumni Association (LAA) invites you to this virtual CLE that will explore legal ethics issues in recent news stories about high profile lawyers, including a lawyer's responsibilities for the conduct of investigators and the relationship between legal advocacy (good) and extortion (bad).
Please note this CLE event is seeking approval for New York State CLE credit. CLE credit will be both transitional and non-transitional. It will be appropriate for both experienced and newly admitted attorneys.
