You are cordially invited to attend The Amy and Brian Schorr Family Luncheon Speaker Series Featuring Joyce Chang, Senior Corporate Counsel, ReCharge Inc.

Joyce serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at ReCharge Inc., the leading subscription management solution helping e-commerce merchants of all sizes launch and scale subscription offerings. 

As the second attorney to join Recharge, Joyce is focused on collaborating with and advising the Go-to-Market business teams, scaling the commercial legal function, and handling other corporate and commercial matters. Previously, Joyce was an associate with the San Francisco office of Cooley LLP, practicing in the corporate transactional department with a focus on emerging companies, venture capital, and capital markets and working with founders, executives, business teams, and high-growth technology companies of all stages. 

Joyce received a B.A. in Political Science and History with High Distinction in General Scholarship and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley in 2011 and a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2017, where she was a J.D. Scholar in the Jacobson Leadership Program in Law and Business.

Joyce currently serves as Secretary of the Northern California Chapter of The Explorers Club.
