You are cordially invited to attend The Amy and Brian Schorr Family Luncheon Speaker Series Featuring Samantha (Sam) Ku, Senior Counsel at Atomic. 

Sam Ku (NYU JD/MBA alum '17) is Senior Counsel at Atomic, a venture capital fund and incubation studio which has started companies like Hims & Hers, Homebound and OpenStore. Sam previously worked at Cooley LLP, where she advised technology companies and investors in transactions across the company life cycle, from incorporation to venture capital financings and M&A/IPO exits. While at NYU Law, Sam was a Jacobson Scholar and was involved with the Social Enterprise & Startup Law Group and the Journal of Law & Business, as well as InSITE Fellows and Dorm Room Fund.
