You are cordially invited to attend The Amy and Brian Schorr Family Luncheon Speaker Series Featuring Jasmine Roberts, Senior Associate General Counsel Product, Weedmaps.

Jasmine Roberts is Senior AGC, Product for WM Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: MAPS, commonly known as Weedmaps), a leading technology and software infrastructure provider to the cannabis industry. Ms. Roberts has led various strategic initiatives for Weedmaps, including its recent “going public” transaction via an Up-C SPAC merger. She now focuses on building "compliance by design" into Weedmaps’ product development process and leading other initiatives to further WM Technology's mission to power a transparent and inclusive global cannabis economy.

Prior to joining Weedmaps, Ms. Roberts was a corporate attorney with Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions (including transactions valued at up to $37 Billion on behalf of Berkshire Hathaway, Apple’s acquisition of Beats Electronics, and private transactions in the entertainment industry). She also acted as day-to-day outside counsel for The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles.

Thanks to WM Technology's “Weedmaps from Anywhere” program, Ms. Roberts returned to her hometown of Bristol, TN in early 2021 to start Thor Mountain, a sustainable horticultural and agritourism business on 167 acres in beautiful Appalachia, in her spare time.

Ms. Roberts received her J.D. in 2011 from NYU School of Law. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
