Keren G. Raz, Senior Responsible Investment Specialist, APG Asset Management
Keren G. Raz is the Senior Responsible Investment Specialist at APG Asset Management. In that role, she serves as the global lead for responsible investment for private equity and hedge funds, working closely with investment teams and external managers on the integration of environmental, social, and governance factors. Prior to joining APG, Keren was the Head of Environmental and Social Risk Management at Morgan Stanley, overseeing the Firm’s management of franchise risk related to environmental and social issues including climate change and human rights. Previously, Keren worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and as a Senior ESG Advisor to Apollo Global Management. She also served as New York University School of Law’s first Social Enterprise Fellow, studying legal issues faced by social enterprises. Her article, titled “Toward an Improved Legal Form for Social Enterprise”, was published in the New York University Review of Law & Social Change.
Ms. Raz received her J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law and a certificate through Columbia University’s inaugural Sustainable Investing Certificate program. Ms. Raz graduated summa cum laude with honors from the University of Arizona, with a B.A. in English and Political Science and minors in Chinese and Spanish.
