Innovation Policy Colloquium: Eric E. Johnson
40 Washington Square South (view map)
The Innovation Policy Colloquium focuses each year on different aspects of the law’s role in promoting creativity, invention, and new technology. This year, we will examine intellectual property and innovation with regard to platforms. In particular, as platforms have matured, we will study issues that arise with regard to copyright, trademark, trade secrecy, patent, and antitrust in the context of platforms (including social media, ecommerce, and search platforms). We will also explore underlying aspects of innovation theory in relation to platforms.
Presenter: Eric E. Johnson, Earl Sneed Centennial Professor of Law, University of Oklahoma College of Law
Topic: An Intellectual Property Fix for Platform Salesjacking
