While the event is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys, the Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias credit is intended for experienced attorneys. Newly admitted New York attorneys (attorneys admitted to the New York State Bar for two years or fewer) cannot earn CLE credit in the category of Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias, but are encouraged to attend.
