ILS Careers in International Private Practice & Cross-Border Transactions Panel

Please join the International Law Society (ILS) for a conversation about careers in international private practice and cross-border transactions on 11/11 from 5:30-6:30p.m.. ILS will be joined by a panel of alumni and leading practitioners who will share their experiences in private practice and discuss why students should consider practicing in the field. Panelists will speak of their work in capital markets, cross-border M&A, foreign investment, sovereign debt, and other corporate and financial transactions. The panel will be followed by a Q&A for students to ask the speakers about their various career paths and how to best get engaged in the internationally-focused private practice sphere. All JDs, LLMs, and NYU Law community members are welcome to join!
