Professor Lisa Ruth Rand (Caltech) is a historian of technology, science, and the environment who tends to gravitate toward extreme natures and broken things. Rand will discuss the environmental history of outer space, and in conversation with Professor Alejandro Rodiles (ITAM, Mexico) on planetary thinking.
