The Climate Change Accelerator (CLX) at the Center for Human Rights and Global Justice invites you to panel discussion of the trajectory and recent developments of the landmark inquiry by the Filipino Commission on Human Rights into the responsibility of major fossil fuel companies for climate-induced human rights harms. What lessons can climate change litigators and researchers learn from this inquiry? What are the implications of the case for ongoing and new efforts on climate accountability for climate mitigation and adaptation?
