Online mental health services have experienced explosive growth in recent years, offering the potential to greatly expand access to care in the midst of skyrocketing reported rates of mental illness. As these services have proliferated, so too have novel questions and concerns related to data privacy, standards of care, risk management, the provision of care across state or national borders, regulatory enforcement, equitable implementation, and more.

Join the Health Law & Policy Society and the Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law Society's Tech Committee for a panel bringing together figures from government, academia, and the private sector to shed a nuanced light on these and other emerging issues in telemental health.

Please RSVP here so we can plan for numbers and food accordingly.
