This past fall, we discussed proposals for judiciary reform in a pre-election, pre-Democratic Senate era. Now, the Democrats have control of the Senate and the Biden Administration has established a commission on Supreme Court reform. Join the American Constitution Society at NYU Law to discuss what this new political landscape may mean for the future of the Supreme Court and the federal judiciary.
