As we face the reality of an increasingly conservative court that is dismissive or even hostile to equal rights and protections for all citizens, join the Brennan Center for Justice and the American Constitution Society at NYU and Columbia for a panel discussion on court reform. The panelists will address the current state of the federal court system, discuss the pros and cons of various reform proposals, and suggest how we can shape the courts of the future.
