Federalist Society: A Discussion on Dobbs with Professors Girgis (Notre Dame Law School) and Estreicher

NYU Federalist Society will be hosting a discussion on the various legal issues in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health, including implications for Roe v. Wade.  This event will feature Sherif Girgis of Notre Dame Law School, as well as NYU's own Samuel Estreicher. 

Professor Girgis is an Associate Professor at Notre Dame Law School and is completing his PhD in philosophy at Princeton University.  He has spoken at more than 100 conferences and debates and written on moral and legal issues in academic and popular venues including the Yale Law Journal, the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, the American Journal of Jurisprudence, the Cambridge Companion to Philosophy of Law, Public Discourse, National Review, CommonWealth, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.  Professor Estreicher is the Dwight D. Opperman Professor of Law, Director of the Center for Labor and Employment Law, and Co-Director of the Institute of Judicial Administration at NYU Law.
